With interventions becoming a part of everyday life for teachers and administrators, RDS is proud to announce a new software module for tracking interventions. The amount of documentation required for an intervention can be extensive. Sharing this information can be a huge problem. With the RDS Response to Intervention (RtI) system, the entire process can be easily documented and shared with as many users as necessary. Users are assigned access to each intervention in progress to assure that only appropriate individuals are viewing and editing the information. At each stage of the intervention, users can be added or removed to allow for different teams to focus on different tasks. Each action plan has a log attached allowing users to document every aspect of the intervention. Tier 2 and 3 action plans have special logging functions to allow entry of meetings for reviewing progress, intervention fidelity, and assessment fidelity to ensure that the plan specifications are carried out. The result is that everyone involved with the process is kept up to date without the need for distributing paper documents.
- With this highly secure web module any member of the problem solving team can access/update referrals at any time
